This method will make it 'easy' for you to financially support the CCM and programming heard over WBVN with an automatic transfer each month. No monthly form to fill out, no stamp and no check writing. Below is the form to fill out to get started. Mail it to us and we'll do the rest! This form and a voided check are all that's needed to begin the automatic transfer.

Just print this form out, fill it in, select an appropriate date, either the 3rd or 18th of the month, sign it and mail it back to us. We'll need you to send a voided check. That's it. It's "EZ". If you have any questions please call us at 618-997-1500.
